A conversation with one of Australia’s most respected Defence industry experts, Ron Fisher, joins Proximity.
Ron recently joined Proximity as a Principal Advisor and National Defence Lead. Ron transitions to Proximity from his most recent role as an external member of the Defence Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) Independent Assurance Review Board, where he has been helping to review dozens of Defence procurement projects.
Following a career in the Australian Defence Force, Ron forged a successful senior executive career, including as Managing Director of Raytheon Australia between 1998 and 2009, and as President and CEO of Raytheon Canada. He has also supported many businesses in developing growth strategies and professional development, leadership, executive development, and career management programs.
