Experience

Lilly is an Advisor with experience delivering program assurance, evaluation and legal support services across complex government environments. Drawing on several years experience in the Australian Public Service, she brings a strong understanding of government operations, legislative frameworks and public sector reform.

She is recognised for her analytical approach and ability to quickly understand complex issues. Lilly has supported legislative assurance activities, evaluations, administrative decision-making processes and regulatory reviews, helping organisations navigate change, strengthen compliance and improve performance. She works collaboratively with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical advice and effective solutions.

Lilly holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Canberra and is seeking admission to the Supreme Court this year. She is motivated by the opportunity to strengthen public sector outcomes through evidence-based reform, robust assurance and sound decision-making.
