Claudio is an experienced management consultant, economist and public policy specialist, having worked across government, commercial, and not-for-profit sectors. His expertise includes policy and program evaluation, economic and financial analysis, benefits management, monitoring and evaluation, business cases, feasibility studies, risk management and assurance, process mapping and process optimisation, and governance reviews. Claudio is adept at working with organisations large and small to deliver high quality deliverables for meaningful change.
Claudio has led and worked on a large number of projects over his career to date, including (amongst many others) a functional efficiency review of the Reserve Bank of Australia, a business case looking into the Future of myGov, implementation planning for flood recovery in the Norther Rivers Region of NSW, program assurance for major tax and superannuation initiatives, process mapping and process optimisation for a significant grant program, and a range of due diligence assessments of Australia’s largest development contractors. Other projects have involved financial and cost-benefit modelling, economic evaluations, procurement strategy development, workforce capability mapping and evaluation, and organisational redesign.
Claudio holds postgraduate qualifications in economics and public policy. He is also on the board of the Haemophilia Foundation ACT (having previously served as President for over a decade), and is the current Vice President of Haemophilia Foundation Australia, where he contributes his skills and time and effort on a volunteer basis to make a positive impact for people across Australia living with a bleeding disorder. Outside of work and his volunteering, Claudio coaches football (the round ball type) and enjoys running and cycling.
