A people focused and collaborative leader, Courtney is thoroughly committed to understanding client needs and leveraging individual strengths within multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical commercial and business solutions.

Courtney brings extensive experience, with deep sector knowledge in Defence acquisition & sustainment, estate and infrastructure management and program and project performance.

Outside of work, Courtney can be found chasing after her young family, staying active, planning her next holiday or running off to the latest show, art exhibition or film.
