He has experience advising on administrative law, statutory interpretation, information access laws, public inquiries, public sector governance, and the development of regulatory and accountability frameworks. Daniel has also worked in policy design, strategic advisory and public sector reform, and has led the development of large-scale legislation projects across a number of highly regulated Victorian and Commonwealth portfolios.
