Ella is an analytical and motivated professional with a strong interest in national security, defence strategy, and space operations.

Holding a Bachelor’s in Astrophysics and Astronomy and a Master’s in Strategic Studies, she combines technical expertise with strategic insight across U.S. and Australian defence contexts. At SPA Australia, she supports the Space Capability Branch within Joint Capabilities Division, conducting analysis on missile warning, tracking, and satellite systems. With experience in systems engineering, capability acquisition, and Defence communications, Ella excels in collaborative environments, applying curiosity, critical thinking, and precision to complex challenges.

Outside work, she enjoys chess rivalry with her twin.
