She plays a key role in shaping organisational culture, leading initiatives that enhance employee engagement, streamline HR practices, and support long-term business goals.

Irene also contributes to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes, and supports functions that uphold the organisation’s integrity and compliance standards – ensuring a secure, inclusive, and well-governed workplace.

Outside of work, Irene enjoys travelling to sunny beachside destinations and spending quality time with family and friends.
