Kirk is a skilled and diligent Senior Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in managing complex and strategic projects across evolving environments within project and program management and delivery, PMO strategy and design and the delivery of PMO services. With broad cross industry and functional experience, both internationally and in Australia, Kirk has a strong commercial acumen and a true global outlook, with expertise in a range of project management methodologies including; Six Sigma, Lean, PRINCE2 and Agile.
A big picture thinker and problem solver, with recognised analytical and critical thinking skills, Kirk identifies improvement opportunities and drives results from concept to implementation. An advocate for change with advanced communication and influencing ability, Kirk is highly competent at building relationships with excellent stakeholder management skills and with a proven record of implementing projects of significant impact, driving process re-engineering and business transformations and leading large-scale strategy projects on a local, regional and global level.
Kirk provides years of consulting experience, in which he has provided services to Federal Government clients including; Department of Health, Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts (DITRDCA), Department of Finance and Services Australia, State Government agencies including the NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) and the ASX (Australian Securities Exchange), in PMO strategy, design and PMO service delivery, project management and delivery and strategic advice roles.
Additionally, Kirk has worked in project and strategic management roles for a range multinational and Australian companies including; Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Sun Microsystems, Oracle Corporation, American Express Global Business Travel, Westpac and Woolworths.
Outside of work Kirk is a keen cyclist and triathlete, highlighted by competing in the Canberra Sri Chinmoy Triple-Teams-Triathlon.
