She has worked across the cultural and public sectors, delivering practical, user-centred solutions that improve internal systems, streamline operations, and support organisational change. Madison’s background in the cultural sector has equipped her with advanced research and communication skills, and a proven track record of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
Known for her practical, people-first approach, Madison is driven by a desire to do good work—focusing on solving real problems and improving user experience through thoughtful, human-centred consulting. She brings strong capabilities in project coordination, policy and program delivery, and capability uplift, with a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and drive positive change in complex environments.
Madison holds a Master of Museum and Heritage Studies from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Wollongong. Outside of work, she’s an avid fantasy reader who loves collecting unique editions, and is learning to sew so she can add fun, handmade pieces to her wardrobe.
