Experience

Nicoll is a versatile, results-driven consultant with extensive experience in both Australia and the UK, having worked across government, commercial, and not-for-profit sectors. Specialising in project management and performance, stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication, she excels at navigating complex challenges and collaborating with organisations to deliver impactful solutions.

Recent projects include providing program assurance for a national health initiative, managing a national environmental policy program, leading strategic communications and stakeholder engagement for a significant national Defence program, developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies for a global resources company, and driving strategic communication and change management for a state transport authority.

Nicoll holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science, along with certifications in PROSCI and Agile PM and is a member of the Project Management Institute.  Nicoll is also an executive board member of Karinya House, where she remains committed to making a positive impact on the community. Outside of work, Nicoll enjoys spending time with family and friends and is passionate about the outdoors, whether it’s running, kayaking, or swimming at the beach.
