Su-Ann is a qualified lawyer and procurement advisor with over 15 years’ experience advising Australian Government and regulated entities on complex procurements, contracts, commercial issues and risk management.
Su-Ann has enabled entities to achieve objectives in strategically significant and high‑risk programs, long-term service delivery contracts, panel arrangements and funding arrangements.
With a background in science and passion for problem solving, Su-Ann approaches client needs with a contextual lens. This begins with understanding the entity’s desired outcomes, working with constraints, and taking a pragmatic and risk-informed approach.
