Wayne is a senior technology and business leader with more than 30 years of experience delivering strategic outcomes across Government and the Defence industry. He is recognised as a trusted advisor to senior executives, program sponsors and delivery teams, with a strong record of steering complex initiatives and high value national programs.

Wayne’s expertise spans ICT strategy and architecture, program and project management, assurance, cyber security and service management. His leadership is shaped by extensive involvement in large, multi-year transformation programs.

Recent engagements include providing program assurance for a national health initiative and contributing to the delivery of identity assurance capabilities supporting Australia’s naval shipbuilding enterprise. These projects highlight Wayne’s ability to navigate high stakes environments, strengthen organisational decision making and build confidence in delivery across complex, multi-agency landscapes.

Known for his collaborative and outcomes driven approach, Wayne aligns strategic objectives with operational execution. He builds strong stakeholder relationships and positions programs for sustainable success through clear governance, effective risk management and pragmatic delivery leadership.

Outside of work, Wayne enjoys spending time with family and friends, training in martial arts, riding his motorbike and supporting his favourite Australian Rules football team.
