Going public with outside views: ideas for the APS from those who have seen both sides

How does working in the private service compare with the public sector? Have you found ways we could improve the way we work? Is it really more innovative? Is it all about the money? Our three panellists have a combined 100 years of experience in senior positions in the public sector and while now employed in various roles, continue to work directly and indirectly with the Commonwealth, State and Territory public services. Renée, Kerri and Malcolm will share their views on what the public and private sectors can learn from each other and tell some anecdotes along the way.
