SPA Australia’s evaluation team brings together specialists in program design, evaluation methodology, data analysis, and public policy, tailoring our approach to each engagement.
We work with agencies to design evaluation frameworks at the program outset, assess outcomes against policy intent, and build the internal capability to sustain evidence-based practice after the engagement concludes. Our approach aligns with the Commonwealth Evaluation Policy and supports agencies in meeting their performance reporting obligations under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act).
